Giselle and Dino
This was such a sweet wedding. Lots of love, family, and flowers went into this elegant rustic wedding. Giselle and Dino got engaged a year ago, where we had the honor to photograph their engagement at St. Pete Beach. To see their engagement session, click on the link: Giselle and Dino Engagement Session.
Giselle and Dino prepared for their ceremony in their suites. Giselle was accompanied by her mom, Maid of Honor and Dino’s daughter. Giselle’s dad, starry eyed, came in to see his beautiful daughter for the first time in her wedding dress. While Dino got ready with his son and family.
The two wed underneath a floral archway at the Enchanted Forest at Cross Creek Ranch. They united their love through a unity cross ceremony. The guests were greeted with decorations following a navy, blush and wood color palette. Wooden signs and glasses filled with flowers lined the aisle.
After the ceremony, the guests moved inside the light-filled, rustic, carriage house stable for the reception. Where Giselle and Dino celebrated their marriage with their first dance, and cake-cutting traditions. The evening continued with lots of love, laughter and dancing! These photos capture the spirit of their wedding. We wished the night would never end!

Nick & Jason
Nick and Jason were married at St. Pete Beach, Florida. One of our favorite and most popular locations to shoot at. Beach weddings always invoke a sense of tranquility. Their ceremony led the guests to rows of chairs accented ribbon with vibrant flowers. The aisle decorated with rose petals leading to the arch and a small table with glasses of sand.
Nick and Jason treated guests to upbeat, live music played by a saxophone musician. Some of the music included classics, such as “When the Saints Go Marching In,” Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World/Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours”. Before guests took their seats, each guest would sign a commemorative plate for Nick and Jason to look back on.
The grooms love for their pastimes was evident while they helped each other with their bow ties, one with sharks and the other with dinosaurs. Guests were seated, and the music transitioned to more romantic songs, such as “At Last,” Katy Perry’s “A Thousand Years,” and John Legend’s “All of Me”.
As the ceremony commenced, Nick and Jason arrived, bare-footed with their trusty dog-bearer. As they walked down to the arch, everyone stood smiling with excitement. During the ceremony, they read their vows, and exchanged their rings. They tied their love with a unity sand ceremony, symbolizing two lives becoming one.
Nick’s Vows: “I, Nick, choose you Jason, as my husband in friendship and in love, in strength and weakness to share the good times and misfortune, in achievement and failure. I will cherish and respect you through all the changes of our lives, forever giving thanks that we found each other.”
Jason’s Vows: “Nick, I take you to be my husband; to have and to hold, from this day forward. I give to you my un-ending love and devotion I promise to be true to you, to cherish you, and to share my thoughts, hopes and dreams with you. I look forward to spending the rest of my life with you, my best friend. I will love you forever.”
Ring Vows: “You are my best friend and everlasting companion. You have brought me the truest happiness I have ever known. I take joy in today in committing my life to yours. With this ring I promise to stand with you as we share this life, and cherish the memories we make together.”
Afterwards, Nick and Jason celebrated with their family and friends with glasses of champagne.
As their ceremony came to a close, Nick and Jason whisked away into the sunset.

Fort De Soto beach Wedding | Dalma & Felix | Tampa wedding photographer
“This couple inspires happiness, that’s how ecstatic they are about one another. Not even the pouring rain that washed away any doubt this day could stop this couple…”
Tampa wedding photographer | Fort de Soto Beach wedding
“There is never a time or place for true love. It happens accidentally, in a heartbeat, in a single flashing, throbbing moment.” -unknown
Fort De Soto is a place of course, but their love has no specific coordinates. It goes with them wherever they go; hovering over them like a delightful cloud. This couple inspires happiness, that’s how ecstatic they are about one another. Not even the pouring rain that washed away any doubt this day could stop this couple despite the fact that the ceremony was suppose to be outside. These pictures still came out beautiful and are only evidence of this proposition.
The bride wore a pure white wedding dress with a gorgeous flower crown containing the most vibrant and eye-catching colors. In her hands is a bouquet of white flowers with only a hint of purple at the center of each blossom, drawing more attention to the flower crown. Her son wore a pink collared button up shirt, with khaki shorts, and cute tan suede dress shoes with nike socks. The groom modeled a tan suit and vest with a pop up burgundy dress shirt along with a tan and burgundy striped tie.
The beach theme was a complete success with their cake, it was simply aesthetic; the starfish and sandy texture with the frosting really sold the look. The flowers just added to the appearance. In addition to the rain foiling the original plans, the ceremony had to go on and with mom’s help, the decorations completed this change in plans while keeping it outdoors under a gazebo. This monogamy not only brought two wonderfully loving people together, it also made a family complete to the fullest.
