Vintage inspired engagement session | Veronica + John | Tampa wedding photographer
Such romantic vintage engagement session at the airport with Veronica & John!! Check out their super romantic and original session here !!!
This beautiful couple just got married in Texas two week ago... but just a few months ago, we schedule in St.Petersburg their engagement session with a very special theme. Veronica loves the vintage style, so we planned something special for them , I talked with the people of the Aviation School in St.Pete to shoot their engagement session there, they were super nice about this idea and we met there early morning .
Veronica and John have been together for six years , they have a lovely relationship and both planned the wedding in Texas with both families who came all the way from Ecuador and other cities in US.

Treasure Island Intimate Beach Wedding | St.Pete wedding photographer | Dawn + Dean
Some pics f a wonderful and romantic sunset beach wedding with a beautiful couple who came all the way from Iowa to get married in front the Gulf of Mexico in one of the most beautiful sunsets!!! Check here their beautiful love story and more details about their intimate wedding at the same place where they met!!!
" Dean and I met in the spring of 2013 in St. Petersburg, FL. We were colleagues and maintained a professional relationship during the few months we worked together. It wasn't until we were reassigned to different facilities (I remained in Florida, He moved to the Midwest) that our friendship evolved. We would email each other occasionally checking in to a see how the other was doing with their new job. In one of those emails, I stated that I was going to be stuck at the Chicago airport for 4 hours due to my work travel itinerary. Dean suggested that if I could arrange a longer layover, he would show me around Chicago. So on October 28th we had what turned out to be our first date. We spent the day together as he showed me the sights between flights. I got back on a plane that evening knowing that something had changed in our friendship. We began calling more and more frequently. Dean came back to Florida for a couple of visits and it was at Christmas, we became a couple. We dated long distance for six long months before I took that plunge and moved up the Midwest to be with him in July of 2014. We bought an old house in the town of Bettendorf, Iowa and began to renovate it. From top to bottom, we did all the work ourselves. We worked so incredibly well together. It was amazing. Our chemistry is perfect for one another. Everything felt so right. We joked that we have known each other for 400 years. We belonged together. We knew we were going to marry at some point. So, we sat down in the fall of 2015 to make it official and chose a date in May of 2016. We had a beautiful small wedding with only close friends and family on May 7 2016. We had a gorgeous sunset wedding on the beach in Florida in the town where we met. "
I was super happy and of course honour to be part of such a wonderful and beautiful wedding with Dawn and Dean. The day was super smooth and beautiful moments... here some of my favourites...

40's Inspired Engagement session | Chelsea + Jarrett
Such a lovely and super fun engagement session with a super special vintage style, we had an amazing time together and we got beautiful shots of this gorgeous couple!!!
So, today is TBT and what else we can share if it is not something retro or vintage, right?? Well here we have an AWESOME and BEAUTIFUL 40's theme engagement session with one of our couples of this amazing 2016!!!
Chelsea & Jarrett are a super sweet couple, they had super clear what kind of engagement session they wanted, so we plan this like one month before the shooting. We have to reschedule like twice the date because of Floridas weather, but the day we did the session it was beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! Perfect for the session !!! Here you can see some of our favourite pictures during this Vintage Engagement session.Their StoryWe met while we were in college in early 2011 and began dating later that year. Proposal: We had planned to go to St. Augustine for our 2 year anniversary in 2013, but I had some chronic health issues so we never ended up going. We again planned to go in 2014 (while I was in law school in Gainesville), but I had even more unresolved health issues (I ended up medically withdrawing from law school for this reason). I had surgery in January 2015 (Stage 3 endometriosis + ovarian cysts + appendectomy) and I was feeling so much better afterwards. So FINALLY, we decided 2015 we were DEFINITELY going to St Augustine for our anniversary. We went, had the BEST time. Just enjoyed eachother’s company on the 4 hour drive, checked out the sights, etc. Jarrett had planned a fancy meal for us but I didn’t feel like a fancy meal so we got our meals at a local vegan place, which ended up being delicious (bonus: it was only $25 including the tip). We had talked about going on a ghost tour and I had been bugging him ALL day about calling the ghost tour place and making sure we had reservations. Finally, after dinner he tells me he has a surprise for me and I’m excited thinking we’re going on a ghost tour and he tells me he booked a surprise horse and carriage ride through the historic city. (I admit I was a bit disappointed at first because I SO wanted to do that ghost tour LOL). So we go on that, and it was rather bumpy so I didn’t feel too great having just had dinner. Afterwards (after we had to walk to an ATM to get cash out to pay the carriage driver…they didn’t take cards, oops!) he asked if I wanted to go for a walk along the water, so I said sure. We were just having so much fun all day. He took me out to this secluded little dock area, and we were laughing about how windy it was and chatting and everything just felt right. I remember my jaw was hurting because I had been smiling so wide all day. He started saying some sweet things and when I turned around to look at him, he was getting down on one knee! I thought it was some kind of joke, until he said some more sweet stuff that I don’t remember and pulled a tissue out of his pocket and pulled the most perfect ring out of it. He proposed using my full name (which I had told him in the very beginning of our relationship he could never say unless he was asking me to marry him) and of course I accepted. Afterwards, I was hugging him on the dock and he said, “By the way, your dad says he would be honored to have me as a part of the family” and I totally lost it – started crying, etc. He knew how important it was to me that he ask my dad for my hand in marriage. He later admitted that he was terrified I would drop the ring on the dock and it would fall in the water (I’m clumsy like that) and we just laughed about it.?
