Hyde Park Photo Shoot | Hunt Family Session | Baby Portraits

I have the best job. Between photographing weddings and families, how can I not be smiling at work? This family and their little one made me smile more than normal.

One of the best things about being a photographer in Tampa is the abundance of awesome scenery to choose from as a backdrop. Sometimes my clients pick the location and other times I help them choose the spot. I suggest holding photo sessions in meaningful locations such as your own home or yard, a park that the kids particularly enjoy.

For this fall family session, we chose Hyde Park. I love that I could provide portraits of the entire (good-looking) family.

Hyde Park is renowned for its dining and nightlife scene along South Howard Avenue. Hyde Park Village shopping center offers international chain stores alongside indie boutiques. This area has lively nightlife, delicious restaurants, cute shopping stores, and beautiful scenery for photographs.

Glamour Photo Shoot | Le Meridian Tampa | Family Session

Tamaris and Anthony Parker selected this venue to have a glamour session photo shoot with their kids Julian and Alfonso. Tamaris and Anthony have been doing photoshoots especially because the boys are growing up. The choice to invest in family photography matters a lot and it is important. Your family portraits bring your family together. It reminds your family of its love for one another. Did you know self-esteem can increases in children by the act of having your families’ photographs hung in your house? Why it’s important to have photo sessions like this is to try and capture an authentic moment that is about you and your family...the love and connection you have to one another. Dressing up and looking elegant and sexy doesn’t hurt either. LOL!!!

Tamaris choose these elegant outfits based on her red dress. The guy’s suits and red ties were so handsome and matched her elegance to the T!

When looking for a location. Look for a place with good lighting and (if there are many family members taking part) lots of space for large groups; you don't want to be crammed in too close together. And if possible, it would be nice to have a spot with some natural scenery like trees or water nearby. There are so many great places in Tampa; just like the Le Meridian Tampa.

They have many rooms to choose from. The rooms also change based on seasons, holidays, etc. These ladies decided to do a professional photoshoot here. The photos turned out amazing.
